Before we created our first product, we were pet owners frustrated that the products we purchased did not work. Our puppy would not housebreak and our neighbors kitten would not use the litter box; preferring the corner where the previous owners cat used its litter box. What we learned was nearly all the name brand stain and odor remover products used the same basic ingredients. They use formulas that were never intended for use on urine.
Our company asked the question, "If the name brand stain and odor remover ingredients don't work, then what will work?" The answer came by researching pet urine and its properties.
